At RideShield, we value your trust and want every rider to feel confident when placing a pre-order for the RideShield Pro – Airbag-Integrated Biker Jacket. This page outlines our standard policies for cancellations, product previews, and refunds.
1. Pre-Order Payments (₹5,000 UPI Payment)
- When you place a pre-order, you pay ₹5,000 INR to reserve your RideShield Pro jacket.
- This amount is fully refundable anytime before your order is shipped.
- You will receive an email notification before shipping begins along with the remaining payment details.
2. Product Satisfaction Guarantee (Sample Product Preview)
We believe in complete transparency and customer confidence.
Before we process your final order, we will show you the sample product for review. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will:
- Refund your entire amount, including the pre-order fee
- No questions asked

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancelling a Pre-Order (Before Shipping Begins)
You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to dispatch.

Include your name, order ID, and payment reference.
Cancelling After Shipment Has Started
Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may still request a return/refund within the eligibility window described below.

Refund Eligibility – Pre-Orders
- 100% refund if cancelled before shipment.
- Refunds will be processed through the same UPI or payment method used during checkout.
Refund Eligibility – Delivered Products
We accept refund requests if:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or with manufacturing issues
- A size exchange is not possible and the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Refunds for delivered products are initiated after inspection at our fulfillment center.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products showing signs of wear, use, washing, or tampering
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Shipping fees (if applicable)
6. Refund Processing Timeline
- Pre-order cancellations: 3–7 business days
- Refund after product return inspection: 7–10 business days
Timelines may vary depending on your bank or UPI provider.
