This policy explains how we deliver orders, expected timelines, and shipping-related guidelines.
1. Shipping Availability
RideShield currently ships across India through trusted logistics partners.
2. Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
Since the RideShield Pro is currently in the pre-order stage:
- Estimated dispatch date will be communicated once production begins.
- You will receive the sample product preview before final delivery approval.
- Only after your approval will we ship the final unit.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is free for all pre-order customers.
- If any special delivery service is requested, additional fees may apply.
4. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
- 3–7 business days for metro cities
- 5–10 business days for other regions
Timelines may vary due to logistics or regional constraints.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.
6. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver:
- They will make 2–3 attempts
- If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us
We will contact you for re-shipment instructions.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
Please email info@rideshield.in within 48 hours if:
- The package arrives damaged
- The seal is broken
- Items are missing
Include photos or videos for quick resolution.
8. Incorrect Address
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement.
We will assist in re-shipping, but charges may apply.
